Now that the DOD:S honeymoon is over.how many of you guys(gals)would actually like to play DOD:S?. cause everytime I come in the map is usually on 4 towers.and everybody it just shooting.and not even trying to go for objectives.which gets old really really fast.I've chatted with other members about this and they also agree.and I know I've been gone for a while, but the games objectives dont really change.get flags, die trying, fight, fight, fight to get that flag.i was in the server the other night trying to get some help on a flag. and i was told to STFU, this is how we play on our server.this is not the BDS i joined in 2005. I am also a flag capping whore. I need objective or I get bored real quick. The only maps I rarely cap on are 4 towers and courtyard>? I think it's courtyard anyways....I dunno the one dudley and cover-fire get a boner over.

I would be playing DoD more now but work is consuming most of my time along with all the preparation I have to do for entering university this fall. That being said I am another one of those flag whore types who actually attempts to capture the points. Before BDS I had never before played DoD and I have found that there are some who seem to take a deathmatch style attitude toward it ( ) and ignore the objectives. But I do realize that the deathmatchers are the minority of members that play and who can really blame the pubbers for not knowing better if they are just server hopping. LATE ADDITION: I am sorry to see you go Chief, It has been fun playing with you.

on courtyards i have the most flags majority of the time, in fact rarely do i not have the most flags on the server, so anything said about me not capping is a farce....

i read it, but just wanted to make sure it was well known whenever i play i go for the objectives and fuck people up at the same time. the only time i give up on the flags is when nubs have no idea where the flag is and its a 3 man flag. then i continually die trying to get the nubs to come with me. i have more fun stopping teams from capping flags but many dont even try....

Thats rule #1 in my DODS handbook, preferably w/ a rocket or nade. #2 is prime nades to the last possible second, even to the detriment of my own health.
