I am posting this for anyone that works in San Francisco because your employer will not even tell you about this. You can get reimbursed for your medical payments out of your check each week. The catch is you have to have kisser. This is the website that you want to logon: https://services.shps.com/login/participantlogin.asp
I just got reimbursed for all my payments each week, which was almost a thousand dollars. It is like a little tax return. This only applies to people that work in San Francisco, you don’t have to live here just work in San Francisco. When you logon it will tell you how much money you have in there.
If you have money in there:
You need to setup your direct deposit with whoever you bank with and print out all your check stubs form the beginning of the first pay period of the year all the way up to the end of May.
Print out the claim form and use the code 999 witch is other on the drop down menu and put in the dates of your pay stubs form the beginning of the year to the last week of may. It has to be done right or they will not process it. If you don’t know how to do this let me know and I will show you how it is done.
You have till the end of July to do this or your employer will take this money from you and you lose out.
You can do this every quarter, so start collecting, lol.
And fax it in to the number that they provide.
