Hi Doc....this is Nicole aka killme949. Crazy (chris) and I play on this server all the time. I got on his comp to play tonight and it said he was banned. The reason being aimbot...the aimbot thing is bs....not to be rude but he doesn't hack. Never has. I promise I wouldn't use his computer or ask him to play on ur server if he did hack. Especially when I want to join the clan. Please give him another try....heck we'll come pick you up and play with u somewhere so u can see he isn't a cheat. He's just good.

I didn't ban it for an aimbot, thats just the easiest ban to do when I'm gaming.

I banned it for the name. Here's my problem with it...it comes across to me as being racist due to the fact that the WHITE is highlighted by being all caps. We as a clan have a low tolerance for anything remotely racist, and my tolerance is lower still.

Since I was in the middle of dealing death, I didn't bother to ask you to change it, I just whipped out the ban stick. If your interested in not using that name on our servers again, I'd be happy to reinstate you.

It's not so much that the name is racist but we try to keep anything race related out of the servers as much as possible.....helps keep the tone of conversations away from it, and I think we have found over the years we have to have a 0 tolerance for anything remotely racial becasue as soon as someone thinks it's ok you get 10+ people spamming all sorts of racial crap on the mic and in chat.....silly I know but what r u gonna do. crazy2

So like the overlords have said just change the name and the ban will be lifted. Thumbs Up

okay so he'll take the white out of his name. I'm curious...do you always ban before giving a verbal/typing warning? That doesn't seem right. I always hear u guys telling people who use the name "unnamed" to choose one or you'll kick them. I like playing with people who play fair. I already spend over 3 or more hours a day playing on this server only. I was also in the process of donating $ because I want to help in any way I can. Next time there is a small issue like that just say something. We're big kids, we can abide by the rules. No point of banning over silly things like that.

You also have to realize it was one of the clan heads who did the banning and he was in the midst of a killing spree, so he can pretty much do what he wants on the server.

Yes - we do typically give people a heads up prior to kicking or banning them (unless it was a blatant error on thier part).

I will remove the ban now.
