I have no idea but i totally here you on the concept.  Also why do celebs get off so easy?  They have a DUI, o im a celeb so i dont deserve a ticket and my license suspended.  So not fair.  I say punish them like were punished.

I used to know a girl that would let you follow her, and wouldn't take any form of legal action. Of course she might get you removed from the coolest places on the internet, but other than that I'm almost positive she got off on it.

Why the hell anyone would want to follow her around is beyond my comprehension, but to each his own i guess.
