Take on something that does not involve a relationship. New workout, a sport, hobby, hiking, fishing, volunteering somewhere etc. Find something that can consume you  Thumbs Up

I'd have to say "time" and "new hobbies."

Like the other gents said, find something to do that doesnt remind you of your ex. Spend time with different people and try to distract yourself from thinking about her. It will be rough for a while but that's "love on the rocks with no ice." (to quote a terrible song)

If that doesnt work, take up drinking by yourself in a basement. I hear that is healthy Roll Eyes :-\No...it's not...? Shit.

Get over it and move on. Seriously, I'm not even trying to be a smartass. Go spend some time with family and friends and use them as connections to new people. There's plenty of single men (or women if you're into that way... Grin) out there.

New Hobbies always help.

Do a over night fishing trip out of Davies locker, thats at New Port if you didn't know that. There is always respectful old dudes with good advice on a lot of stuff. Take your own pole because theirs sucks ass. And maybe you'll find a stud there fishing on his day off.  Bring your own beer,  it will save ya some money too.
