- Hi there, I'm just here bringing up the fact that i got banned today without warning, at first when this happened, i got kicked and it said it was because of an offensive/inappropriate spray but nothing about banned, so i didn't try to go back that instant. I went to go play on other servers and then decided to come back to the [BDS] Server and to find out that i was banned, so i came to your forums to find out how long i was banned for, and i was kinda shocked to see that it was a permanent ban for an inappropriate spray.... I think that's a little too much for a inappropriate spray and without warning. If you guys would please look into this i meant no harm or any offense to any admins/members.

Yes that's my spray, I was just wondering y i didn't get no warning about spraying it, instead i was left playing a couple more rounds and was kicked after I had won a knife fight. I'm taking a wild guess and saying that most people are mature and old enough to ask a person that's in there server to stop spraying the spray or there will be consequences, cause you see i had the spray because in other servers people including admins laugh, but this is not the case, the case is that i wasn't warned, and i got permanent banned for an inappropriate spray which i think is a little too much. I could of at least gotten a warning and i would of gladly stopped spraying it or even changed it so the incident wouldn't occur again.

You did get a warning, it's right there in the MOTD: "NO Disrespect to admins and other players".

I find it incredibly ironic that someone spraying "fuck the admins" in our server would suggest that we're the ones who are immature.

Here's the thing, See Above Quote  , so you're warning claim is moot.

The second part of this is that we did laugh hysterically, after you were booted.

The third & final thing is that I am not old, nor mature enough to drink heavily and play this game.  If I was those things, I would have gotten the ban taken care of faster. Unfortunately it took me a minute or 3 to find the right buttons

you stand corrected, as i said the spray wasn't meant disrespect to anyone, its simply a spray i have that people find funny until this incident, Even it says in the motd respect admins/ members, i never disrespected anyone because the spray wasn't disrespecting anyone it was just there as a spray and if you took it personal somethings wrong because if u didn't have the position you have it would of been like nothing ever happened, as for the motd most of the people that play in servers don't read the motd unless asked to like as a warning to see what you are getting yourself into. So therefor i wasn't warned and i still think its to much to get permanent banned for a spray.

Congratulations Terminator, you're one of the stupidest people I've come across in the 3ish years I've been doing this. It's not our fault you didn't bother to read the rules, which you clicked OK on when you joined the server. That was your warning, get it through your thick head. And yes, a spray that says "fuck the admins" is disrespecting the admins and owners of the server, especially when none of them know who the fuck you are.

You are right that a perm ban for a spray is somewhat excessive, and you probably would have been unbanned except that now it seems that you're just too plain stupid to play on our server so we'll call it a perm ban for that instead.
