Cod 4 players that need to be ban

I was playing in the server this evening and there was a guy by the name of Marky-Mark and Buck Farack they were using there nade launchers and everytime i changed to spectator they stop using it. When I went back in the game they would start using it. Marky Mark kept blaming buck but it was actually both guys using it. If anyone See's them two in the server please ban them.
