However, getting zapped because some moron runs into your airstrike is not.  Can we please do away with the SUPER GAY  TK penalty???

i will have to vote yes for this also had this happen alot last night that and the moron,s that jump in front of you while your shooting

I added it to see if it would cut down on nade spam and the other ridiculous noobage going on in there, but if it's that horrible we can go back to shoot anything that moves.

I kinda like it cause it forces you to play more like realistic tdm style with consequences instead of ffa shoot everything without fear mentality. This was characteristic in DODs which made it play better imo. The drawback is like Radio and Dark said, airstrikes make you pay the price and dorks that stand in front of you. One thing is for sure, the current setup seems to have helped the server a lot.

I am torn on this....i h8 it when i drop an airstrike into a zone without my team and the idiots run into the 2nd or 3rd bomb strike and i die  (it comes across as being intentional IMO).  the flip side is as Surf pointed out, it makes people play in a more realistic fashion...

I have started to skip my airstrikes and go straight to the helo...which blows cause I know i'm missing out on kills.

I guess im all for the TK being turned off.

Not asking to turn FF off...just the penalty.  The consequences are you kill a team-mate...There has to be another way of handling it.

What's driving the server is solid clan participation and being one of the few (really good) west coast TDM servers.  

Blowing up spontaneously from an airstrike across the map is NOT realistic.

this is a little off topic but is there a way to spec players in the server now or could it be set up that way i can find the players using marty and what not

I don't think leaving on FF with no TK penalty is an option since people could rage like crazy. I guess dealing with nade spam is preferable to getting punished for people running in front of you. I still like playing with FF on though.

I don't know anything about the admin set up....No complaint system?  Just that zap yourself option if FF is on?
