"They" will never cure AIDS, or Cancer or the Flu or herpes.  That's like GM making a car with 50MPG that lasts for 30years.  Sure they could if they wanted: At least not untill "they" figure out a profitable business model to sell/market the medicine/care in a Disease-free marketplace.  The pharms would be eliminating their own demand for their products.  Then there's always the scientific fear that if you cure AIDS, how deadly would the next disease be to take its place?  A war of escalation, if you will, on the microscopic level  knuppel2 Will they cure it?... an interesting philosophic question no doubt.

Bill is better served (and he already does it) getting the money to the 3rd world for Vaccines against easily preventable ails like Malaria.   Thumbs Up
