If it even comes out at all. I actually kinda like this since all they want is the bonuses for delivering that game on time. Anyone with half a brain knows that once this suit is resolved, one way or the other, the employees will leave what was Infinity Ward and rejoin their former bosses.

I've read some interesting stuff about the dispute from both sides, supposedly the reason Activision wasn't paying out the bonuses was because the two dudes that quit were holding out for a bigger share for themselves compared to everyone else in IW. Who knows what the real story is though.

Most of the IW talent has jumped ship.  IW's founders struck a deal with (who else) EA and are starting up another studio with them called  "Respawn Entertainment" (because "Phoenix" would be too cliche).  I heard the lawsuit was for up to a Half Bil.
