briefing:
I worked tons of weekends at the beginning of the year on-call and my company reimburses us for our time with pre-paid AMEX's that work the same as a credit card. Ive had my last 2 sitting in my sock drawer since then and they totaled 300$. Today was the day I decided I wanted to use them so I bought a 2nd gen Itouch. I get home, havent even taken it out of the case yet and my wife gives me daggers stating that the cards were supposed to be used for a weekend in blackhawk ( a small gambling town in western CO) and now shes angry with me.
Question:
Do I return the sweet-ass toy and put the cheddar towards blackhawk? or just take the hit and save some off to the side the next few pay checks and then hit BH?

Were the cards, in fact, supposed to be used for blackhawk? If so, ya fucked up.
If not, then fuck it...Keep the toy. Or, if you can get enough scratch together quickly enough to still go, then keep the toy...

sometimes I really hate women. So I decided to tell her that I would return it today and then she starts lecturing me about why I should keep it. WTF?! I want to keep it, but indeed as havok stated the G4 should be along within the next few months, so I guess I should ust return it and wait. im pissed.

indeed, I think I may have discovered that my trip on the egyptian river is done now that I embrace what oldman wrote. It is true, that at some point during every argument Ive had with my wife save for maybe 1 or 2, that Ive yielded. If I did marry a dude however, all those times I wanted to smack my wife I actually wouldve done so with a dude. Ive even told her that on a few occasions " fuck I wish god would turn you into a dude for 10 minutes so I could whoop your ass." |

Yeah I would return the toy and then go with her plans for the cards, and then get the approval and re buy the toy. But if she is forgiving after a few days and you have been in that situation before I would keep it. Getting the approval first always works better. I am so glad the hardware in my system is not visible, so my lady never knows how much money I put in to my system, LOL’s.
