Wow... Just wow.

What is wrong with those kids?  How could they ever imagine that:
what they did was acceptable behavior in modern society,
that they would not be held accountable for their actions,
that what they did wouldn't have serious repercussions ...

I have to say I wish the laws were more stringent here.  Whether Confucian or Christian, you cannot abide by this wanton violent vandalism.  These kids need a HARD lesson.  Maiming or dismemberment.  Nah, that's not Constitutionally kosher.  Kids just resent work and community service, that won't help.

They need hard time.  They need used as currency among inmates at .  That might get it through to them.  At the very least they need this to follow them for the rest of their lives and not be expunged when they're 18.
