This shit been going on for years peoples.. So Cal is a Joke when it comes to the city Unions. L.A. County is a joke and has been for a long time.

It only takes a couple bad apples to ruin it for everyone else.  Even if these are the only couple guys taht are doing it, the entire perception is that LADWP is rank with this shit.   Thumbs Down  With the sad state of the grid in LA, (and frankly entire CAISO region)--I'm surprised these guys aren't working even more overtime  Roll Eyes
