I find myself always looking for something GOOD to watch and as much as I like Rotten Tomatoes or IMDB, I'd like your opinions on what you have seen lately and what rating you give it. I want to keep this thread going so people like myself can look at it for movie/tv ideas.

I recently saw Cop Land last night and I liked it. I can't believe I waited so long to see it. Also the casting is pretty damn good. Sylvester Stallone did a great job with his Sherif character. I recommend anyone who likes Crime Thrillers to watch this. I think women will like Sly's character.

My rating is an 8/10

I saw Moon this week @ the suggestion of a friend of mine.  Really cool premise for a Sci-Fi movie; Sam Rockwell is a ridiculously underrated actor IMO.  I don't want to spoil it, but he literally has to carry the entire film, and he does it superbly.
Plus Kevin Spacey is simultaneously amusing and creepy as a HAL 9000 computer.... 


And soeaking of Sam Rockwell, I'm looking forward to this new movie, even if Hillary Swank is in it  Thumbs Down....  I hope he gets some sort of Oscar Nod.

Easily.  You have to get the box set DVDs; extras include a taping of the Dayman Musical in some bar in Cali(?).  Hi-larious. 
I've got the 1-4 season box set for Xmas last year.  Season 5 will be out soon..... Took forever for CC to pick up the syndication for it, but I've noticed that they are quite liberal on some of the censoring edits...  Thumbs Down

On the topic of funny comedies: Eastbound and Down.   rockon  Really wish I had HBO to get Season 2 of Kenny Powers....

Breaking Bad is also great, and Peep Show and That Mitchell and Webb Look are good too if you like Brit com. The IT Crowd is also supposed to be funny but I can't make it past the laugh track.  Sad
