I was looking at some stuff about my osteoarthritis, diet and such and found this a little entertaining.. The chicken burrito thing
pissed me off.

But after reading the stats on this stuff we all eat or I eat. Thinking we are eating healthy made me laugh a bit.
Would love to hear some of the things your doing to help with your diet, or weight. Me for one have very high cholesterol and some of these things made me seriously thing about my eating habits. I may just become a fkn vegan..
