I dont live in cali anymore, but I hope that shit passes.  Honestly, I dont expect much change except for things to get worse.  All I saw was really negative, expensive campaign ads and thats all ive ever seen.  I should start my own poiltical party.  I dont have a clever name yet, but when I do I will pass to you chaps first so that you might have the luck of swearing your allegiance to me. knuppel2

It only lost by about 10% which isn't bad considering that most young people are too lazy or stupid to vote in mid-term elections.  Thumbs Down

I fill the same way Rider, if the dip shits would just stop texting for a few minutes and go vote I think it would have been a different ending with Prop 19.

I voted! I saw some funny jokes about why Prop 19 didn't pass. Something along the lines of the people that actually smoke weed didn't go vote because they were so baked. Now that I think about it, it does make some sense.

Or there was tom brokaw's comment: california doesn't need to legalize it, the people there will smoke it anyway

They might say they are going to but what government would allow such a misuse of taxpayer money. That would be as sensless as a war on drugs  Wink

Grin  I'm sad that it didn't pass cause it would've set a precedence for all the other states.  Oh well, 2012.  I did vote for the props in WA state that would allow liquor to be sold privately  Thumbs Up
