Woke up around 4 this morning in pain I have never felt before. It was at my right kidney area. The pain got so bad I was shaking and had a cold sweat. Got up to get a glass of water and I thought I was going to pass out. So I woke up my wife and told her something is wrong and we need to get to the hospital. By the time we got there I could hardly walk. So after a CT scan with contrast it showed I passed a kidney stone and it was still in my bladder. I have never had a kidney stone, so just to let you guys know It wasn't fun at all. It was right up there with the pain I had after the knee replacement.. I came home with a urinal and a screen to filter the urin in. The first piss I took when I got home I found a lil piece of stone in the screen, What was weird is I didn't feel it come out.. So that was my Monday morning. Like I always have said MONDAYS SUCK.  |

I had one about 5 months ago.. so big it got stuck before it went to my bladder..... dealt with the pain for almost 20 days (with pain meds) and decided I could not take it anymore..went back to the doctor and had to have it surgically removed.. That sucked!! anyway.. I feel your pain brotha.
I have never had surgery in my life and in the past 6 months I have had to have 2... one for the kidney stone.. and another for a huge ass bone spur on the top of my ankle. Just got off the boot for that one 1 week ago... I tell you what old man... I HATE KIDNEY STONES ALSO.

Damn DB, I couldn't imagine that damn thing getting stuck like that. That had to be hell for sure. I just hope I don't ever have to go through that again.. I have heard it can be compared to a woman giving birth. All I know is it hurt like hell. Ah, that sucks man, hope that was the only one. I had a boss at a summer job when I was 18 or so who had some kind of disorder that made him get them about 3 or 4 times a year. That would be hell.
