it helps for a little bit.. but then my nose just gets all clogged and then I cant sleep... I hate colds!!!! THX for the help Rey

I like the Tylenol multi symptom liquid junk.  it it clears me up for a few hours.  but just take more when you start feeling crappy again.

Claritin-D if you can get it (It is prescription only in Oregon). I have not found better and my doctor keeps me well supplied.
