Hey guys, sorry i havent posted in a while i have just been busy with school. So i have weight training and we had to max out. My max for bench press was 215 pounds, back squat was 315, and incline bench was 165. I am 6'1" and weigh about 280 does that seem like a reasonable amount for a guy of my size? Thanks
 cheers

Its a good starting point, the squats in particular are not bad but at your weight i would imagine you should have more bench press potential. Maxing out is fun for bragging rights but does little to further your training goals. Also for your height you should try and drop some weight down to 220 by doing cardio and making healthy food choices.

What are your supplements? I suggest you do more cardio so you could increase more on bench press and back squat. Just keep those junk food to a very minimum amount.
