Thanks guys, I did let him know about the comments.. Funny thing is when he started for his first day he went to take off and make a parts run and the truck was a stick shift.

My lil nissan is a stick shift and have tried to teach him how to drive it before, but he had a hell of a time trying to get the hang of it. And for what ever reason he lost interest in learning how to drive it.. Well now he has to learn. We did get to switch trucks with one of our other service centers theirs is a automatic. But we will have to switch back and besides the one we traded for is a nissan with a v6 theirs is a toyota with a four banger.. So for his jobs sake he is now learning how to drive a stick.. I'm pretty sure I will be having him replace my clutch when all said and done though..

He started on the last day of March so he will get a one day check on the sixth.. I told him he needs to frame it and I'll give him the money to make up for it. He has worked his ass off getting his act together and for that I'm glad for him. The End!
