I just sampled the latest release all the way through. Pretty classic Foo. We'll see if it measures up to my two favorites in terms of longevity, but I bet it will. Pretty good stuff.

I loves me some Foo! Saw them a couple years ago, Weezer opened, and it was awesome.

My sister invited me to go see the Foo in Copenhagen in August, but my new job prevents that . . .

No worries. When I'm done with this job in a few years, I'll take another couple of years off and see all the Foo I want.

That is one of my favorites, too. Dear Rosemary and White Limo round out my top three songs from the album.

The documentary they released a couple of weeks before the album came out suggests that the song is about Dave's reaction to Kurt Cobain's suicide. He had Nirvana's bassist play bass during the bridge (the really overdriven bass sound).

Is there a link anywhere for the documentary?

It might be available online. I saw it on Palladia, MTV's HD channel. It looks like you can buy/rent it on DVD in about a month: http://us.foofightersfilm.com/
