I have noticed a while back that my wrist has not been the same, me using air tools a lot at work made me think, ah it's just over worked. But a month ago or so I notice my wrist bone starting to get a lump on it.  I looked it up on google and found it to be a cyst more than likely. Even saw some videos of dip shits using books to smash them.. Not very smart in my head, being I use my hands to pay the bills. I was just wandering if any one has came across this happening to them. From what I can tell it's called a Ganglion Cyst. It happens when the fluid in joints for what ever reason are able to ooze out of the joint and this is what happens..

they are pretty common and are easy to get rid of. The book smashing works really well..your wrist will be swollen until your body reabsorbs the fluids  Thumbs Up

You can also just have it cut out, its about a 15 min procedure  Thumbs Up

I used to get them bad on my wrists back when I was still waiting tables, from carrying large trays of food.

Unless it hurts or is hampering your wrist movement, don't mess with it.

They used to be called "Bible Bumps" because people tended to use large books, generally the nearest copy of the bible, to rupture them.  I was always told that's not such a good idea...
