Its an open-box OEM;  it may not have all the features of a Retail card.

My first video card was an OEM Riva 128 board.  OEM Boards only had 4 megs, while retail cards had 8 megs.

But I don't think that you'd have to worry.  It sounds like a pretty decent deal, actually.
