The issue was not about whether or not he likes a map or not.  The issue was about his beahavior, disrespect, ignorance, and rudeness, for all to hear and see.  I was there you were not...

I thought this topic was over when Doc said there was no harm done.  At the time of this incident you said I insulted Doc, but he has put that question to bed.  I know at the time this happened you felt I insulted your clan, I've apologized 3 times on your server and still you continue to insult me here.  My intention was to be done with this matter, but I feel compelled to respond to your posts.

By count you've called me rude, insulting, and ill behaved.  Stangely enough you said I was intelligent and ignorant at the same time.  Not to mention you thought I must be in "polotics",  I think you meant politics. You also said in an insulting way that you thought I must be over 12, but that you were wrong, meaning I must be 12.  As well as a few other gems like "ASSHAT" comments and calling me an asshole.

When I first came to your forums, you also said it was because I was feeling the heat on this issue, then went and planned and thought out what I was going to say.  You can ask your clan mates, I only came in here after I was told on a server that I was on a "ban list", however, I was never actually banned.  I was pointed here by Maximus who explained to me where this part of the forum was.  So I came here and told my side of the story.  When I did that, I was told you would check the logs.  Of course, by your account I must have been Dr. Jekyl over voice and a typing Mr. Hyde at the same time.  On the contrary, I did type almost everything after you jumped on me.   You say you only got involved after I got Surf into it, that doesn't make any sense.  I was kicked twice before I tried to appeal to another admin to help out.  As I said before, he was very diplomatic and I left him alone.

When I was on today there were 1,913 other DoD Source servers out there, but as I said in my first post, I choose to play here because of most of the maps.

Throughout all these posts and the day it happened I would ask anyone to look at the logs and ask yourself realistically, would I really be typing one thing and cussing at you over the mic at the same time all for the covenience of being "safe" here?  That's ridiculous.  Go back to the logs, look at the tone of the entire issue.  I have never been insulting on here to anyone, unlike you have been to me.  

I can assure you, I am much older then 12 years old and will offer my only critisism of you Aimless.  I do respect the fact that you want to stick up for your clan and Doc, but as Doc said, he's a big boy and isn't going to be crushed by this.  He's over it, I'm past it, except for you insulting me directly.  I've apologized, now I think it's your turn.  My critisism is this:  Iv'e been an admin for many years on DoD from the very first beta.  If you don't believe me, check my steam ID, I know you have it.  I know how admins should act, and you have a power trip when it comes to this.  You should be more impartial then confrontational if you think something on the server is messed up.  This would have been over a long time ago had that been the case.

You know what, I don't like how you talk condescending to Aimless. You are acting polite, but you have an asshole undertone and I don't approve.

That being said, if you would like to continue enjoying the servers I suggest that you drop it and move on. You have been pardoned of your sins, now be humble and move on, because if you keep this up you're going to find yourself in one of those other 1,900 servers pretty quick.

That's exactly the message I was trying to get across, I have dropped this.  Every post Aimless has written has had some insult to me in it.  I won't just sit by and continually be insulted in post after post.  If I'm no longer insulted here, this will be the last post you see from me.

I see your point, but that doesn't mean I agree. So, I will be locking this post. No more needs to be said on the subject.

But, for future reference, remember this: We try very hard to have good gaming experience for all who play in our servers, that is one of the reasons we are so popular. That means when one of our very respected members reports that someone is not following our rules, we take it very seriously.

However, while we try to provide the best playing experience for you and everyone else, you are still a guest in our house. You do not pay for the servers, you are not a part of this clan. Therefore, you do not call the shots here. We do not owe you anything and if we find that you are having a detrimental effect on the playing experience of others, we have no problem kicking you out. Like I've said, we work very hard to keep the playing experience as good as possible, so just remember that when in our servers so you can be one of the people that helps bring us up, instead of putting us down.

So, respect us, and you will get it back. Disrespect us, and we will string you up.
