Sorry to break the bad news but BDS accepts none of that shit.They won't care if its your brother,mom,dad,or dog buried in the backyard.Either way it was YOUR account that was playing and YOU who let him on it.Maybe next time you'll reconsider closing out of steam or changing your password every so often?

Just for the record, PainTrain doesn't speak for us (he's not a member as far as I am aware), though he is (generally) correct in saying that those excuses are not heeded. Of course, everything is taken on a case by case basis so the real issue would be finding out to whom your brother spoken. Generally it is up to the admin who is disrespected to make the call, unless your brother said something racist in which case you might as well buy a new steam ID.

Chances are you won't get reinstated, but it really depends on what was done and said and who did the ban request. Some people would say: "not a big deal, I understand" and some people would say "shouldn't let your brother play." You should hope for the former but expect the latter.

- Kick your brothers ass and make him read the rules if he is to play on BDS servers ever again
- Buy a new steam account
- Don't let anyone else play on your steam account
- Have fun!

On April 29th, 2006, you were playing under the alias "FREE KILL", and were posted for the following reasons:

CONSTANLY SPAWN TKING EVEN AFTER BEING KICKED

Then, you were again posted (possibly due to unbanning or mishap with the ban logs) on July 31st, whilst using the alias ".2QuK.", and were posted for the following reasons:

Whining and whining about spawn camping even I asked him not to. Told him it was the rules twice, told him there are plenty of avalanche servers to play on. Still I hear whining like a child that won't listen....

I have also witnessed said infraction.

You have to hold the owner responsible for any actions taken on their account.  We get a lot of "my friend" or "my brother" ban request (on the <SK> servers>), and it gets old after a while.
