After other members viewed the demos that I presented them, you were banned for wall hacking. End of story. I caught you fair and square. Personally, I believe you had an aimbot as well, but at the least you were wall hacking and therefore banned.

u said i was being pulled toward an enemy and forced to look over there where there was no walls where i shot
if you show me demos i can walk you through how i know where people are mostly its just sound and i always look where i think enemies are

I am going to say this as nicely as possible.

I have a total of 5 demos of you hacking. I presented them to other [BDS] members in which they watched them. The two demos I showed you say you have an aimbot. However, in the other demos it is also clear that you are looking through walls and know where enemies are. In some of the instances there is absolutely no way you could have known where the enemies are.

Just ask some of our members and pubbers. I remember you back in September, 2006 and you were not all that good. You played for many months and you were consistently just an average player. Then, out of nowhere you became amazing. You were always on top in score on our servers. I came into our servers back in January under a different name because I got a complaint that someone was causing trouble. I come in there and what do you know your #1 in score with the sniper rifle. I started to spectate you and you were tearing it up. I mean literally, you were tearing it up. I remember Cows Cuntree who was still a pubber then was even yelling bullshit at you. You knew exactly where everyone was and weren't missing any of your shots. Then, you slowed down a little bit and let Cows kill you a few times to keep him quiet. I also remember someone asking you how you were so good with the sniper rifle. Your exact words were the following: "The sniper rifle is my bread and butter."

After watching you on this day I knew you were hacking. However, I never took a demo of that day in which I truly regret. Then, a week later I asked another member that I thought you were hacking. He agreed. I then asked another member another week after that and he agreed. I realized I was not the only one who thought so. So, I went to work and got some demos on you.

Look, demos do not lie. Sure sometimes they can be a little off, but you were blatantly looking through walls.

and the reason i got good so fast was because i used to play 1.3 and i was in cal- m
then source came out so i started playing it bds was the first place i even played so then i was getting better lil by lil and then my friend zonozaur that is in cal-main in dod source asked me to play on his team because they were short 2 guys so he asked me what i wanted to use sniper or assault.
I scrimmed and played matches against cal-m teams u may say that cal-m doesnt mean shit but it does they are the best dodS players out there.
If you watch demos of those guys you will shit ur pants of hack accusations.
i started using the nsiper rifle and i used it every single time i played source.
I started playing in BDS more often and i missed a couple of my matches and i was kicked out of my cal-m team [whose name is the mexicans by the way]
when i was in cal-main they knew i just started so they taught me how to play cal-m style
1. never stop moving when im sniping
2. aim before you shoot some people just randomly shoot at the enemy when they dont have time
3. use ur sound alway listen for footsteps and ladders
 so i did that i never stop moving when i am sniper it gets you killed alot faster.
so i went to BDS to start playing there more often because i really liked how it was ran and i wanted to be a part of the clan
so i thought if i got good i would try to impress the members and play really good so i played BDS alot and by now i know every map allied and axis sided.
I look around for enemies everywhere i don't look in one spot im always lookin around
when dark ninja left BDS he asked me to play in his clan for next season cal so i scrimmed with them and people dont think so but when u scrim u get so much better
I stopped using the sniper because my friend who goes to the same school as me baby joker always was on my ass about using ths niper and i played at his house a number of times
most of u like baby joker and he can tell u that i dont hack i play on his laptop all the time
all im asking is to be unbanned i do not hack
i admit i tried to download hacks before for COD call of duty and it never worked i dont even know how to use them
its obvious i never used an aimbot my accuracy on the stats is 17%
and i don not wall hack  just because i was number 1 in the rankings doesnt mean i hack if u think that way u got issues.

Contrary to your opinion quite a few of us have played with CAL-M players and against CAL-M players. Seeing demos of CAL-M players is nothing, and to claim they  have a higher talent level is not always true. Even among CAL-M players there are quite a few baddies, teams that move up from Open to Main do it as a TEAM meaning that there are 5 other players working for success. To compare competition to pubbing is comparing apples to oranges, 32 single minded individuals on a server do not equate to a competition of a scrim where teamwork, communication, and planning have ALOT to do with it. I will never accuse a CAL-M player of hacking, unless I have true proof and neither would Gene.

You stats are not a valid argument either, as they are the TOTAL amalgamation of all that you have done on our servers since day 1. You suck to start and set your stats low, it takes along time to try and bring that average up. For the longest time after I joined this clan, my KD ratio was around .76 and it took me 3 solid months before I saw 1.0 KD ratio cause I had something like 8,000 kills before I figured I could break even.

Your learning curve has been highly accelerated, I will give you that. But, looking through the demos provided in wireframe mode displays the blatant use of hacks. The evidence was enough to convince me, and I am not someone that is easily swayed.

Here's the deal. I watched those demos and I see you watching people through the walls. I have demos of you and one other person you have named as someone who is better than you, and if you watch them you can tell a huge difference in the way each person plays. There is a difference between intuition and cheating. Luckily, being the smart fellow I am, am pretty good at distinguishing between the two.

The other thing that doesn't help your case is the fact that your crosshair and gun are going berserk in the demos. I don't know what the hell that is, but it isn't normal.  It doesn't have the characteristics of an aimbot, but it is still very suspicious. That, however, is beside the point, since I see you looking through walls, which is enough for me.

Explanations mean nothing. Prove to me you aren't hacking.

u know when u die and you spec one of ur teammates?
when i die i put the camera  so i can look around i dont look through first person or by locked chase camera i look around the map to see where the enemy is going is that what you mean by wall hack?

my stats wuld be alot better than they are
i would have better k:d ratio
i dont shoot through the walls or hide behind walls and shoot i know every map i play
ive been in numerous leagues TPG,IGL,CAL
and when i die the 10 seconds i get before i spawn i look around the map as much as i can i dont watch my teams crosshair i look for enemies so when i spawn i go after them
and im not the best player in the BDS servers there are people that are better than me its not like no one can kill me i die alot...
