Hmm ok so i wanna get this in the open. So Nox, I was told from Gurpreet 3 or so members said "F U". If you dont mind me asking who exactly was it? Because it seems like everyone from the clan was banned but myself and MagicBackPack. Well i added u to xfire so I can get the story straight. So when u get the time to add me back, I wanna talk this over plz.

They were spamming the mic in the Barrel. I told them they need to keep it down. They responded with "Fuck you, no." So I banned them all.

At this point, I have proceeded to ban the rest of your clan, except yourself & Magic, only because i haven't bothered to look up your steam id's yet.

The fact of the matter is that your clan are guests in our house.  You have no say here.  You have no rights here.  If your clan acts like a bunch of idiots, you Clan gets banned.

Unfortunately for your clan, there have been a few other complaints about them being rowdy, mic spamming, harrassing [BDS] clan member's spouses in game, about them trying to make all the pubbers in the servers knife only, crap like that.  That shit doesn't go on in our house.

Feel free to wait for Nox's response, but I'm sure that my message is clear.

Doc, I fully understand what you are saying and fully agree with you.  It is unacceptable that there are people who are using the [dN] tag that are behaving in this fashion.  Let me assure you that none of those people you listed even had my permission to use the tag.  I am ashamed and embarrassed that this sort of conduct has been associated with what I and my close friends had created. 

I really don't know what to say right now, I'm actually kind of in a state of shock.  My gut reaction is to find these people and bash their brains in with a baseball bat.  That is not a joke or an exaggeration.  Tonight and tomorrow are my only nights off for a while to play some good solid hours of DoD:Source, and I might even be more pissed off at these idiots than you are. 

All I can think to say at this point is you have my deepest apologies, and please read my other post on the matter so you know who the founding members of [dN] are, and that this handful of asshats does not in any way shape or form represent our clan.

Hi, this is wynnesome, and I just want to second everything Gremlin is saying.

We had a lot of people join our clan very quickly.  We knew we had a job ahead of us to organize and get to know everyone when we got so many new members so fast.  And it's obvious now that we should have taken more care to organize and get to know new folks BEFORE they joined and were using our tag.

Now that we're aware that there is a problem, we would much prefer to be in contact with yourselves, BDS admin, to solve that problem and make sure that the people doing the rule-breaking and disrespecting know that they aren't welcome in [dN] OR on the BDS servers.

I think we have a good group of people here, and we know that BDS is a good group of people.  The game is all about teamwork and friendly competition, and in that spirit, we would sincerely appreciate if you would accept the apologies of [dN] for the behavior of some of our members, and know that we are on the same side in making sure that this kind of conduct does not happen.

Once again, apologies, and thank you for taking the time to hear us out on this situation.

Yeah Vermilion was being very disrespectful to joe on the server. All i could do was luagh becuase i knew he was gonna get kicked in a matter of seconds. Not only that but he was spamming the mic, everytime he died complaining whenever some one killed him, and he was dieing alot so you can imagine what that was like.

It appears as if you were part of the incident, posting is 100% OK in that situation.

As for Wynnesome and dmGremlin, I can buy that. You guys seem sincere enough. It's just that when I get complaints that an entire clan is raging our servers, it pretty much automatically makes you guilty by association. The other thing that bothers me is all of these guys we just murdered last night were regulars in our servers before this whole dN thing. What this tells me is that they were probably recruited in our servers, and that is a big no-no. Since it is impossible for us to tell who did it, once again, guilty by association. Since I didn't catch either of you two actually doing anything, I will give you a chance at appealing your bans.

To be considered for appeal, do this: Find out who was recruiting in our servers, and if they haven't been banned already, we'll handle it. Make sure all of the asshats that Doc and I banned last night are gone from your clan. If you do these things, I will reconsider your bans only(Gremlin and Wynnesome) , all the rest are toast. I don't mind giving second chances, but when I get complaints about an entire clan causing shit in our servers, then when I go in there and confront them about it and get the big fuck you, it makes me a little less eager to provide that chance.

I'm not in dn but i was there when nox banned the 3 of them, and frankly guilty by association seems ridiculous, that's like saying if u commit a crime as an american then all americans should go to prison.  One person say "fuck you, no" and that was micro's idiotic cousin, so u punish him not all the dn clan, and vermillion is not all the dn clan.  there are many cool people in dn that have been long time pubbers on ur servers and yet u basically ban them all because of what a small sample did. Another thing is dn didn't recruit on bds servers, a few friends got to gether and decided to make a clan and invite alot of their friends, they got people that played in the bds servers, but they didn't recruit them ON the bds servers, and that's where the difference lies.  Personally, i think everyone who didn't do anything wrong shouldn't have been banned

We like to keep a fun environment to play in, so when fags such as yourself come in and fuck it all up, we remove them promptly. Your America analogy doesn't work, because Americans have rights. I have had too many complaints about this "clan" causing trouble in our servers, so as far as I'm concerned, you are all guilty.

Obviously bds owns them so they make the decision but u as a human being and as an american should have some sense of fairness, and i was just appealing to it, but apparently it doens't exist.  I know you make w/e decision u want but bds always says post on the forum about whatever complaint of feedback u have, so that's exactly what i did.  I used the method bds allows to tell u what i thought.  You can go kill someone too if u want, but u shouldn't do it.  Just like u can ban whoever u want, but sometimes it's something u morally shouldn't do.

You're derailing the thread, stop posting in it. Your opinion has been duly noted, but it is wrong. There's no need to keep going on about it. Our decision is backed up by many years of server administration experience, it is the same way we have always dealt with clans that cause trouble, and choose to act as if our servers were their own.

The situation has been handled correctly. There have been numerous complaints about some of the dN members on our servers, and the final straw was reached.

In dealing with any other clan on our servers, the right course of action is to simply ban all of the members, and sort them out on our forums. If we only ban one of the members, then 100% of the time, it leads to the remaining members raging and being general asshats because we banned their friend.

With our method, we avoid getting raged, and the members of the other clan that actually value their time and respect our servers and players will come to the forums and plead their own case.

I am fair, but I am only fair to those who deserve it. When a group of people comes onto our servers that we pay for as ruins the playing experience for other people, then that is where the fairness ends.

I was fair when a group of our regulars 3 days ago suddenly all donned the dN tag, and I gave the members the benefit of the doubt that they weren't being recruited out of our servers. I could have had you all on the spot for that alone.

I was fair when even after complaints of tking, twing, spamming the mic, harassing the pubbers, harassing BDS members, sexually harassing a female player, and disrespect of BDS admins filled my inbox. I decided that I would keep watch and try and pinpoint one or more persons doing it.

I was fair when you guys were screaming into the microphone yesterday by asking you to keep quiet before doing anything. I could have just muted you all on the spot, but I gave you the option to shut yourselves up and play nicely.

And now, I think I'm being quite fair in letting you come on here and appeal the bannings when I have no requirement to.

Considering you weren't one of the people banned, I suggest you clear out of here while I'm still being fair and stop criticizing the way we run our servers. I also just received a request from dmGremlin for you to stay out of this situation, since you are only digging yourself a deeper hole. If you decide to respond again, choose your words carefully, as they may be your last here.
