ENABLING THE DEVELOPERS CONSOLE1.) Open up DOD:S

4.) Click advanced
5.) Check the box that says enable the developers console
OPENING/CLOSING THE CONSOLE1.) To open the console push the (~) key under the escape key
2.) To then close the console simply push the (~) key again
MAKING A DEMO1.) Open up the console
2.) Type
record demo1 into the console
When you type record into the console this is the command to tell the game to start recording a demo. However, you must specify a name for the demo in order for the recording to start and then save later on. I chose to name the demo as demo1. You do not have to do this. After the word record is typed you are free to type whatever you please. Beware though, this then becomes the name of the demo, so try and make it something easy to remember as well as have something to do with the actual demo. Also, note that once you tell the console to start recording it should say recording demo.
STOPPING A DEMO1.) Type stop into the console and the demo will stop
The console will tell you that the demo has stopped recording. It will also tell you how many game frames it took and some other obsolete information.
PLAY BACK A DEMO1.) Type
playdemo demo1 into the console
The command
playdemo is what tells the game to play the demo. However, the game needs to know which demo you want to play.
